commit






Good morning. It has been an up and down week for me. I have cheated a lot on the diet this week but still seeing progress. I think the bike riding has helped keep the weight at bay. Problem is  want to lose more then a half pound a week, I want to take off more then a few inches per week. Bottom line is I am planning to commit harder this week to the diet and continue increasing the exercise. I guess if weight loss were easy then everyone would be doing it....
I'm not at all disappointed with my progress I just know I was capable of more this week and my goal is to set out to prove that this week.

Beginning weight 208, last week 176.4, this week 176.2
Bicep beginning 16, last week 12, this week 11.5
Waist beginning 40, last week 36.5, this week 36.25
Thigh beginning 47, last week 22.25, this week 21.75
Hips beginning 47, last week 40.5, this week 40.5
