I see results!
Another week behind me and I am bragging this week. I am proud of my progress and look forward to waking up every day to have that feeling of accomplishment set in when I look in the mirror or put on those clothes that no longer fit right. I urge everyone who would like to make a change in their health and or weight to start today. The sooner you start the better you will feel. It is a slow process. I am averaging a pound a week loss but it is making such a difference in my health, my attitude and my life.
Beginning weight 208, last week 178, this week 176.4
Bicep beginning 16, last week 12.5, this week 12
Waist beginning 40, last week 36.5, this week 36.5
Thigh beginning 27, last week 23, this week 22.25
Hips beginning 47, last week 41.25, this week 40.5
