excuses


Good Sunday morning All! Let's see, my excuses for gaining a half pound this week......its that vendors fault, the one who brought in the Klondike bars on Tuesday and told me I would hurt his feelings if I didn't eat one, or possibly its the half pound of sinus pressure I have sitting behind my eyes, could also be the six tootsie rolls I decided I had to have when I got bored during the slow times at work. Whatever the reason I feel its motivation to get me moving even more this week. I'm not going to let a minor setback discourage me. Bring it on week #16 !

Weight beginning 208, last week 177.2, this week 178
Bicep beginning 16, last week 12.75, this week 12.5
Waist beginning 40, last week 36.5, this week 36.5
Thigh beginning 27, last week 23, this week 23
Hips beginning 47, last week 41.5, this week 41.25



Oh and I do believe its time to change the nail color lol!
