Sunday weigh in...




Good morning All!

Happy with myself this week. I exercised every day and made healthy food choices for most of my meals and the numbers are there this week to prove to myself that hard work and dedication does pay off. :)

Weight- beginning 208, last week 182.6, this week 180.4
Bicep- beginning 16'', last week 12.5, this week 12.5
Waist- beginning 40, last week 38, this week 37.25
Thigh - beginning 27, last week 23.5, this week 23.25
Hips - beginning 47, last week 43.25, this week 42


Time to go and get into something fun. :)
