Motivation Thursday!



Last week was a slow week for me. I ate more then I had been eating and I wasn't as dedicated to the workouts as I have been in the previous months but this week I am back on track and I feel so much better. It is strange to me that if I know I feel better when I eat healthier and exercise then why do I cheat on myself by not continuing this healthy path all the time. I don't know if I will ever come up with that answer but for now I am glad I was able to get back on my daily regimen and continue my journey to better health.
My clothes feel looser and my excitement for the goal I know I will make has me feeling like a million dollars today. I look forward to weigh in Sunday. :)
