It has been a very busy weekend. My idea of having a yard sale may not be considered a good one by all my family members but me personally, I think it was one of my better ones. I got a bigger workout moving items and carrying them from the house to the yard then I do any other day on my gazelle and my weights combined. All and all the yard sale was a success financiallly and fitness wise.
