I have finally set some goals.
I have been thinking about my progress today and have decided that I need to set a few goals. I have been putting off the goal setting part because it seems to me that when I set goals in the past I became discouraged because the goal weight seemed to be so far away and almost unattainable. I have decided that I am going to make some long term goals but I am also going to break the long term into short term goals as well so maybe the disappointment will not set in.
Saying this... here goes.
My long term goal weight is 133 lbs by January 11, 2015. I began my journey on May 11, 2014 at 208 lbs. That gives me 8 months to lose 75 lbs, an average of 9.38 lbs a month.
My short term goals...
2.5 lbs a week gone. 2.5 inches a week total gone. exercise daily but make two days a stronger workout then the other days.
My main goal - To be the healthiest I have been in years.
